The City Clerk keeps all records and reports as required by statute or ordinance. The clerk keeps on file all bonds and oaths of city officials and personnel, is custodian of the city

seal, and gives notice, attends, and

keeps the proceedings of all meetings

of the City Council. The clerk registers voters and carries out all duties relating

to municipal elections. Freedom of Information inquiries and liquor licenses are also handled by the City Clerk.
